About Boniface Toulassi, PhD

Dr. Toulassi is a university researcher and visiting lecturer in organizational and traditional leadership to the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management (FASEG-UL), the Advanced School of Administration and Management (ESAG) in Lome, Togo-West Africa, Noah Webster College in Albuquerque, New Mexico and recently at the International Leadership University- ILU Kenya, Global Academy for Transformational Leadership (GATL). 

Prior to that he served as the deputy director of operations for International Leadership Foundation (ILF), focusing of French Speaking Africa. He holds bachelor’s degree in English and educational sciences, a master’s degree in Anglophone African Literature from the University of Lomé, in Togo, and a PhD in organizational leadership from the school of business and leadership, Regent University, Virginia-USA where he is seeking another master’s degree.
